Friday - "‘Surf and Turf” (6 oz. flat iron steak, fried crab cake) with Asparagus, Béarnaise, and serv ed with a Side Salad and Roll. $25
Saturday - “Smoky Mountain Ribs” (signature rubbed baby back ribs smoked over a mix of Appalachian hardwood and sauced with house made smokey mountain bbq sauce) Served with Fresh Cut Fries and a Side Salad. Half Rack $16 = Full Rack $28
Sunday - Brunch - “Monte Cristo” (a California classic breakfast sandwich with Swiss cheese, turkey, and ham between Texas toast, egg battered and fried) Served with Raspberry Jam $10
