Its the most wonderful time of the year ... the Christmas Auction! Last year we brought back this cherished event, and we are thrilled to reinstate it at the request of our members.
How & What to Donate?
We are asking members to donate new or very gently used items between 11/15 - 12/6. Whether it’s a beautiful piece of art, a handmade gift, a themed basket, a service, or any other unique item, your contributions will help us create a festive and memorable night. (Please ensure that all donations are in good condition—let’s strive to keep the quality high and avoid any items that could be considered “junk.”
Lets Party & Bid!
The doors open at 6p, the Auction will begin at 7pm. The Auction will be held upstairs in our banquet hall. This event is open to the public - there will be a $5 cover charge for non-members.
The Club will provide the main meat, members and guests are asked to bring a dish to share.
Each donation, no matter how big or small, will play a vital role in the success of this event and will help raise funds towards our much-needed flooring replacement project in the Dining Room!

One of our most popular craft classes of the year is almost here! Ring in the holiday season by creating your own natural wreath.
The class is instructed by Colleen Musgraves from Blooming Meadow Farms. $50/person, all materials will be provided. PRE-REGISTER HERE no later than Nov. 28th.
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to create your very own Colonial-style holiday wreath from fresh mixed greens, built entirely by hand. From there, you’ll make it your own with beautiful, natural decorations.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Craft Your Base – Learn the art of shaping and binding fresh greens into a full, fragrant wreath.
Choose Your Embellishments – Adorn your wreath by mixing and matching a stunning variety of natural accents from the following categories:
Dried apple slices, orange slices & lime slices (5)
Whole dried oranges & whole dried limes (new this year!) (3)
Cinnamon sticks, pinecones (10)
Berries (1)
Add a Finishing Touch – Personalize your wreath with your choice of one of the following options:
Dried pomegranates (2) (new this year!)
Gold bells (2)
Festive ribbon (1)
By the end of class, you’ll head home with a one-of-a-kind holiday wreath bursting with charm, fragrance, and old-world style—ready to hang on your front door or gift to someone special.
